i got nose surgery about 2 weeks ago..while i was in the hospital he told me i better not use juice because it will effect the way my nose heals. now i may be wrong but i didnt think juice effected the way bones heal...what do u guys think?

yes jail...im 6'1 210lbs about 12%bf..foods not that great in jail..mostly carbs..i worked the kitchen so i tried to get all the chicken i could..ordered lots of tuna too.....thats all u can work with...training was insane though...theres some big dudes where i was.
