:Popcorn: Ahhh man , i got this crappy protein in a massive back from holland.... like 10 kgs for 30 quid i think.... i near crapped my large intestine out. It was just a plain whey ... no flavour.... I must have a shite digestive system ... it never agreed with me.. I stick to popular brands...
