I used successfully synthol (made by myself) for my biceps and triceps. Now a question to other oil-users: how do you go on, when the oil is encapsuled (for me after 2 weeks) and you only get more oil in when you press very hard on the syringe? After I withdraw, much oil leaks out. How is ist...
