    Using tren and anavar for a recomposition

    I'm looking to keep things pretty simple. I would like to use tren and anavar to help with a recomposition. I am interested in trying tren at 250 mg a week and anavar at 25 mg a day. Any recommendations on how much I should use? I'm 5'11", 205 lbs., and about 12% body fat.
