    Why am I so scared to diet?? Planning to do a CKD!

    -keep lifting hard -begin with eating maintenance, slowly lower calories until you slowly begin to loose weight -the slower you drop weight, the more LBM you'll keep -eat as many meals a day as possible -include protein with every meal -keep the muscles relatively full with carb up's -obviously...
