I was a road cyclist for many years. Cardio is what I did for an avg of 3 hrs a day. All of my cycles had a base of 500 mg's a week of the various T's. All i got was strong and stronger. My weight stayed at 165 lbs and cut like a bitch. That's my personal experience, everyone is different...
