lol@crying about a lil bloat that will go away huh.....yea basicially trying to keep bloat down ya know but no i aint pone to gyno..even though letro did reverse a lil puuffyness that was setting it one time...i have read that studies showed that jsut .5mg of letro controled estrogen 87% i think...

all i have on hand is femera if i take jsut like .5 to 1mg top every day or every other day would it control the gyno and bloat in the face mainly without hindering gains and libido????if so how much to take .5 mg every day or what not thnaks guys
