I'm 36 and recently moved to the Carolina's. Since my move, I found out I have asthma. I started going to the gym to keep my lungs in shape but found out I can gain muscle pretty quick. I love lifting but my tendons in my elbows can't keep up with my weight lifting. I need advice on tendon repair or tendon rebuilding supplements. Anyone that can give advice or help me, I thank you in advance.
