you should always run twice as much test as you do deca. you are lucky you did not get deca dick and have a horrible pct. if he is going to stack them 250mg of test e and 400mg of eq is fine but i'd do 600mg ew of the eq at test that low. if the test is up near 400mg ew i'd do just 400mg of eq.
