anyone have any input on health risks of drinking Speed Stack, etc. drinks before cardio? i've been doing it for years not only for before lifting weights, but also for triathlons and marathons. any long term heart risks etc?
so i think i got it. use 1cc (not 3cc like i have been) of b water to (1) 6mg wafer. that gives me the correct mixture for using 5ius per day, 2 days off. right?

with (7) 6mg bottles. add 3cc of bacteriostatic water per bottle? then 5iu's 5days on 2 days off?
seems like this 7 pack will last for months? is that right?
