I usually eat broccoli once or twice a day. I nuke a big bowl of it up, drain it, throw in a tablespoon of flax oil or olive oil, some soy sauce and throw in a cut up piece of meat, mix all together and eat! Ya can't go wrong!
I made this recipe with mahi mahi instead of sea bass earlier today and it was really, really good! I chopped up some tomato, onion and flat leaf parsley and a bit of olive oil, mixed it up, and used the mixture as a bed for the fish and avocado sauce.

Some diced jalepeno works well with egg whites. All the burning distracts from the fact that you're eating 8 egg whites! Im also a fan of mushroom and onion mixed in.

another option is to pack a smaller container with chooped mixed veggies and chopped chicken, top with olive oil and lime juice and you have a nice salad to take with you, just throw in a plastic fork and you're set!
Beef Jerky and mixed nuts is a nice, portable, lower carb meal. Add some water to drink and you're set! Also, you can keep this meal in the car for a day or two, and it's still delicious! :-)
