well I've been training and following this diet for almost 2 years. I take a multivitamin, CLA, Omega 3s, L-carnitine and for fat burner i use oxy-pro.
Pretty much what i want is to shed the excess fat, and look more muscular than the average "fit" female.... my goal is to compete but my frame...
