Can anyone steer me to some high protein diet ideas, menus, etc.? I'm 185, 5'10", and supposed to be eating 300-400 grams of protein a day for the cycle I'm on. Plenty of shakes, eggs, meat, but I need some help with variety. Thanks!

Are there any products, suppliments, etc. available in Canada that we can't easily get here in the US? Stronger doses, maybe something that is controlled here isn't up there, etc. Thanks for the info!

Sorry, didn't meed to offend, hence the 'no sources, of course' comment. I've bought the chemical wizardry, bodybuilding truth, and bottom line bodybuilding books, but none tell me what to expect to pay when I go from natural to juiced. Again, didn't mean to tick anyone off. Brian
