Yes that was a very detailed first posting, however i seem to be that way in real life for everything. Should see my tax return, right down to the very last 0.01 :) haha the IRS loves me...
Anywho, the reason i am in a cutting cycle and on the weight loss kick is to reduce...
I prepare almost a weeks worth (4-5 days) of food in advance. That way i dont get lazy and eat somthing "Bad" when im tired from a long work out. Have a good healthy meal pre cooked earlier in the week and pop it in the microwave
