I go tanning about 1x a week during the winter, and 3x week during the summer. Tanning isnt really bad for you, if you do it in moderation and build your tan gradually....dont overexpose your skin---your skin continues tanning for 24-48 hours after tanning so dont go on consecutive(sp) days...
