Some one please explain to me what a Low TSH indicates with a high T4 and vice versa. Also what are the cases of hypo thyroidism cant it be anything really?

Im takeing T4 and T3 thyroid hormones and i was wondering do they show up in a blood test like would they know im takeing these hormones?
