I am cutting now and have about 70day left until my contest. Would it be a bad idea to switch over to the AD now? Here is what I plan to eat:

I am going to try this diet or the Anabolic Diet, they both sound perfect for me. 1 question, when he calls for 50g Whey Protein with 1 tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar)does he mean a whey isolate with 50g of protein? or weigh out 50g of whey isolate?
