My diet consists of maybe 2-3 muffins for breakfast. Chicken/Steak/or Turkey, whatever I'm feeling for lunch. About 4-5pm, Steak or Chicken, then Steak for supper.
I'm 23 and about 5'10 190, I want to get around 215-220lbs and just can't get past about 195lbs. I eat alot, lots of protein, no fast food, and the occasional pop. I'm new to steroids and PCT and just learning what I should do about my problem.
I've tried everything to gain weight and muscle, but I just can't. I want to know what the best pill form of a legal steroid or hgh is and where do I go from there?
