Stuff in GNC is trash. Go for the German grade liquid. Best gains I have ever gotten. Tastes horrible, but it works.

I have been using Methoxy-Pro for about 2 months now and I have seen some major gains in my overall mass. I take it with Z-Mass PM, and German creatine. I am not sure what has done the most, but I it is the best protein I have ever taken.
