ill be drinking winny so....... (a) whats a good supplement for liver protection.. i take ALA aready. and (b) does drinking apple cidar vinager help in masking or flushing faster traces for a drug test, or any other over the counter supplements to assist with drug testing and (c) does anyone...

when is the best time to take ALA? is it with meals and post workout? im still a little confused with the whole carbs and glucose thing... newbie. Does taking ala cause me to store more bodyfat?
