We would like to introduce you to our exclusive, artistic design and paintings by Gladys and Lowell Boalt. Both Gladys and Lowell hail from the Hudson Valley region in New York State. Lowell was a locally prominent watercolor artist and Gladys is known nationwide for her unique style of soft sculpture handmade ornaments representing everything from an extensive line of Santa Claus figures to wonderful interpretations of historical figures from all eras.
