Water based injectables will probaly be OK through a 25g. Just depends on where you inject and what kind of body fat level you are at as to whether or not a 1" pin is long enugh. If you are in reasonably decent condition you can do IM in the delt or lateral aspect of your thigh. Blitz

You won't find IM slin pins. Insulin is a "Sub Q" administered drug. There is no need to ever inject insulin IM. Just remember also, if you screw up with insulin it could kill you! In a matter of hours not years.
