Is Alcohol Completely Hindering Results? If not, whats going on?
It easily becomes a habit drinking a few light beers 3-4 days out of the week. I have noticed it has slowed my muscle growth, increased my recuperation time between workout and added a few lbs to the gut.- Blaze835
