No, you shouldn't be on juice. Juice allows us to lift heavier which builds bigger muscle. If your taking it easy you shouldn't be on juice which leads back to point number one.

Great article. But it's saying a good dose is 25mg EOD. seems like everyone is running at 12.5 EOD and ED during PCT. What is better? I personally only run it during cycle as need it. So far, I've always been very lucky as I have little to no estrogen sides on cycle but def use it in PCT.
I've used ace and currently on E. I'm lucky where I get virtually no sides. That being said, I'm loving the E, feel much better on this and seems to have a more stable feeling at the gym. Gonna do E from now on.
