Can no longer get my Primo, Deca and Oxandrolone from Doc and need to make best use of what I have left...............
I am 210lb (95kg), 174cm Tall and 20% BF and been training on and off for 10 years but consistently for last 2 years.
Diet = Avge of 2750 Cals Daily - 32% Protein, 28% Fats...

I am 207lb male (94.2 Kg) and 5ft7 tall with approx 25%BF (so my digital tanita scales tell me !). I weight train (heavy) 3 -4 days per week and do cardio 2 x weekly. I have lost 7.5kg over the last 4+ months and managed to increase lean body mass by a few kilos and starting to look more toned...
