Hi im 27 5'10'' was 255lb @ around 11% and broke my arm(humorous) 7 weeks ago in a stupid arm wrestling match. I was aiming for my first competition in late oct. That obviously wont happen now. I was wanting to get some advice from people that have gone through similar situations in the past...
I know this is an old one but maybe you guys can give me advice. How long after the humorous break were you able to do pressing exercises? i wanna poke my arm with gear like basting a turkey but dont wanna comprimise the integrity of the new bone growth or get my muscles stronger than my healing...
