You need to eat carbs on DNP. If not, your blood sugar will be too low, you will feel bad, and eventually get catarax and go blind. If you dont eat carbs on DNP, its like being a diabetic b/c your blood sugar levels are soo low compared to insulin. EAT CARBS, NO FAT
