If someone hypothetically had 1 bottle of Ergopharm 1-ad, one bottle of ScitFit 4-AD and one bottle of 6-oxo laying around, what would be the best way to use them....or is it even worth it???

Sorry that I did not post more info in my first post. I will be working out with a personal trainer, M-F at 5:30AM. We will be doing both cardio and training. My goal is to lose serious fat, really tone up and then we will see if I decide I want to pack on some serious muscle. Honestly not...
