    Bulking or cutting it really doesnt matter what you use, it all comes down to diet. If you wanna bulk wit EQ then up the calories of your diet.

    lets break it down: 1lb = 16oz roughly 28 grams in an oz sooo 16oz = 448gms 9 calories to a grams soooo 4032 calroies in 1lb of fat correct me if im wrong i was just using what i know.
