Honestly, most men would much prefer a little waist and small boobs to a big ol' stomach and big boobs.

I would think saline would be best. It's just salt water basically, and that stuff is already in your body.

I'm interested in becoming a spinning instructor. I think this would be a great part-time job. Anyone here know what you'd have to do in terms of classes or if you have to get certified for this?
