definetley heartburn. My advice is to take it first thing in the morning right after or with your breakfast...you may burb it up a bit during the day but the body will get used to it after a while. Taking it right before bed = bad idea...lying down pushes it back up...

have you tried any natural supplements for the anxiety? 5-HTP, Tryptophan, etc??? These may interact with your ambien though...ever try to come off the ambien?
any good chiro should be able to address your knees and feet...ART certified or not. The knees may be related to the plantar fascitis. Take care of one and the other may take care of itself.

synthroid basically is synthetic thyroid hormone. So you could expect all the effects of having an increased metabolism. do you have any signs or symptoms of being hypothyroid...tired? difficulty losing weight? dry cold skin? etc....?
you may have some problems with your gait which would lead to both plantar fascitis and knee problems. a simple thing you can do for your PF though is roll your foot on a cold pop can for about 10mins per day. this will stretch it out and decrease inflammation. be careful when getting out of bed...

avoid the surgery as long as possible...i have this under the arms...bought drysol (aluminum chloride 20%) and in two applications it has stopped completely!! I believe the drysol comes in a form that allows you to put on hands and/or feet...check into that
