After seeing bloddwork Osta is NOT suppressive at a dose of 25mgs........it does HOWEVER seem to slightly elevate estro. S4 is not suppressive either. I ran it @ 75mgs per day. The night vision shit sucks though

Epi is pretty amazing...as far as milk thistle goes I dose it before bed. Best time to not interfere with anything else.
