Im on tren now 100 mg eod and it is harder to sleep I can not make it threw the night with out waking up. I take benadryl and that solves it.

SIMPLE ANSWER I GARANTEE THIS IS ALL YOU NEED. SUNKIST WHOLE PITTED PRUNES. THATS IT.. Just take as many as needed before bed. I cant take no more than 4 or 5. They dont taste that bad either.
