New member here, but i have been reading this board on and off for several years.
The start of the new year will be time for me to get back into shape. Working two jobs and crappy diet has resulted in 25 extra pounds.
Company party tonight..so i'll try to get the parting out of my system...
A little background for you
6'0 195
Lifting for several years and I compete in a sport that has weight divisions so I cant really gain more weight (at most 10 pounds). Also i have gone through two knee surgeries if that has any changes to a cycle.
I am looking for strength gain and leaning...
