Actually I was in pretty decent shape always had a good diet & such... plus I stay active - it’s just I wasn’t full time in the gym like I am now... That’s what I always thought so thx for the advice

Anyway I just finished a 10 week cycle of Tren & Test this was the 1st cycle I’ve ran in a long time like 5 years I just started getting back into working out in Feb. & I was very very pleased w/ the results I look better than I have in a long time... my question is now what...

well thx so far for the info... yeah my body fat is probably more like 15% i mean i can see sum abs it just isn't a six pack by any means thats for sure, an if i were to drink it how would i go about that as far as amounts an etc. i have been working on my diet i jus wanna hard'in up a lil'...
i just recently found this 10ml bottle of winny that i stashed awhile back that i forgot i had, problem is the expiration date is mar. 2008 ( manuf. date was mar. 2005 ) still 100% sealed. Is this winny still fine to use, i just cant imagine it not working because it a little pasted its shelve...
