I have been a serious lifter for about 10 years now. I have competed off and on and recently took 3 months off to heal some nagging injuries (shoulder / chest). I'm just getting back into the game full speed ahead. I plan to get up 305 by March, then cut for the Mr. Black Sacramento in late Spring. I am a CSCS trainer and nutritionist by trade.
