Just got my EphBurn25 bottle and have some questions. The reccomended dose is 1 capsule, twice daily. This seems a little low, so I am taking 2 capsules before breakfast and 1 capsule pre-workout around 5p.m. In addition, I am cycling 2 days on, 1 day off. How would any of you reccomend...
