Oh no I play football , baseball, and rugby and bodybuilding but I never lost them last couple pounds or been cut up

Hay guys , I'm 6'0 225 and 17% body fat percentage , I've Been working out ever sense I was in middle school so I say about 6 7 years maybe but I would like to know if its safe to run a cycle of winstrol to Drop my body fat percentage and run another cycle of winstrol after ? Any opinions?
