cubano, the anavars are (oxandrolone) from spa at 2.5 mg's. the winni tabs are 2mg's from cetabon, this is my first cycle how should i take them?....thanx for your help

this if my first real cycle. i've done shots here and there, but never anything consistent. the wiini tabs are the pink ones i forgot the milligrams to be honest and the anavars are by (ox) that's the name i remember.
