Has anyone ever been a victim of a controled delivery?

IP shipments
I live in FL and ordered from one of his remailers,and had my shit in 2 days.Luckily the remailer lives in FL too.Another good thing was,1 of the viles of deca broke in the shipping.I e-mailed him and 2 days later I recieved the replacment vile plus an additional 1!!!!!- Big-P
