eat 6 meals instead of 3, makes ure to east as soon as you wake up, and throw some protein a little fat before you sleep.
do you know your maintenance calories ?

im not gonna gain the weight back soon as i go bulking will i? i just wanna lose fat..... oh and for 2nd person i cant afford protein shakes... im eatin a bit less and doin cardio now, tryin to eat a lot of protein as i can...
Hi I'm 6'7 and currently 260, I'd like to get to 250 at least before i start bulkin again, umm im really lost on diet,
