For overall gains I say divide throughout the day. However, I have done 30 to 50mg once a day preworkout and you would not believe the ungodly pumps. Also I could sleep better because my head wasn't pounding.

Ditto on ED. I had huge fat loss on a cycle similar to that. Great vascualrity, including on my lower abs.
