    hey guys, so first off..I am 20, 6'1'', and about 160lbs. I'm pretty lean and workout 4-5 days a week. My diet is pretty good but I'm sure it could use some improvement. Also, I have never used any steroids. So now, I'm not sure but I might have gynecomastia...I don't have a camera or anything...

    thanks, i just ordered YES, cardio breeze, and Glucorell-r. so how much is recommended to use on each area (chest, abs, arms, love handles)? And with regard to using it before cardio...would it be okay to put it on, do a cardio workout, then take a shower? or would that wash the YES off?
