Bone healing advice needed.
Only a little guy and just turned 60 but used to bench 130kgs weighing just 78kgs. I just got a titanium rod inside the tibia bone in my leg to straighten it and it's extremely slow mending. It's been 7 months and still not properly mended. I was taking BPC157 & TB500 for fitness in the past and...- Bernz
