I also have the same problem as we speak. Injected sust 250 half cc in right thigh. First day after was sore but could handle it. 2nd day after (which is today ) hurt like a mother. Had to leave work in so much pain. Got a decent size lump, not really warm to touch , just a bruise where pinned...
