Do females still need to cycle if they're only using test gel? Thanks in advance!

Hi All, I would like to know if test gel 5% (compounded) is any good at all for increasing muscle. I'm sure the gel will give you some unpleasant sides if you take too much, but at a mere 5% what about strength and/or muscle? Thanks in advance!
