    I started the t-Rex this weekend, taking one in the morning. I definetly felt the effects even when I was in the gym later at night. I think I might have to kick it up to 2/day. Hopefully I still won't have any trouble with sleeping. I ordered the T from AFStore.

    I just ordered T-rex due to arrive at the end of the week. I have been reading the posts about how it enhances cardio training and gives an energy boost. I also have read that it could interfere with sleep. My problem is I can't get to the gym/ cardio training until about 7 or 8 at night...

    Does anyone have an suggestions for cooking eggs/egg whites in the morning. Is it even possible to microwave eggs to cook them? I need a fast simple way to cook in the morning because I have very little and sometime no time to do so. Thanks. :heart:

    It would be so much easier if I ate meat, but I just can't do it. I have been a vegetarian for about 13 years now. Maybe one day I will at least be able to eat fish or chicken...that would solve a lot of problems.
