Female looking to drop weight with RETA
I'm a female and I'm looking to lose weight using RETA. I'm 158 lbs. and 5 ft. 3 in. I think I can lose 10 to 20 lbs. That would be ideal for me. Do you think I should run 1 mg a week or do you think 2 mg a week is more optimal?- barloaded7
