I know that you're supposed to moisturize your skin when you tan. So do I put mositurizer on right after I come back from the tanning beds, or am I supposed to wait a couple of hours? I use designer skin Mystere which has a bronzer in it so I don't take a shower for one or two hours after I tan.

I have some Glutamine peptides, creatine, and a whey concentrate/caseinate mix from a long time ago. The creatine and glutamine are about 2 years old, and the protein is around 1.5 years old. Are they still useable? I bought them all from The Proteinfactory so the packaging is all done by me...
