I don't think that little amount of dbol will do much, same goes for the winny. I am a newbie (first cycle) and I didn't even notice much from 20 mg Dbol ED and 50 mg IP Winny ED. I upped it to 30mg ED of the Dbol and 100 mg IP ED of the Winny and the results were like night and day... amazing...

I take mine all at once at noon with my lunch. Don't worry too much about when you take it, just take it with some food and you'll be fine. If you want to be more specific you can split the tab up and take it in 2 or even 3 doses throughout the day... but that's up to you. I don't notice...

You can throw in something mild like VAR or WINNY throughout the summer, this will keep you good and hard and help you keep what you got from that cycle. I'd go 50mg ED all summer (up to 10 weeks) of whatever one you pick (or both even). Take your liver protectors. Good luck.
